Our Production Enhancement Technologies are tailored to our customers’ needs and focus on maximizing production uplift. With highly skilled technicians & utilizing our new technologies, we can supply many different solution to extend the producing life of a well and maximizing the returns for the customer.
Well Production Enhancement Technologies will increase the production rate significantly and in comparison to conventional technologies are more effective, less costly and less time consuming.
The main goal of these technologies is to increase the production rate by influencing the formation and the fluid by thermobaric effects.
In this technology, chemical mixtures are injected to the downhole area. With an accurate job design, the injected mixtures will start to react with each other in the downhole area, and inside the formation. As a result of this chemical reaction, a huge amount of gas will be released, the pressure & the temperature of the treated area will significantly increase, which will ends to creation of a network of new fractures in the productive layer. The new factures will increase permeability of the treated layer which results to higher production rate.
And other effect of this treatment method is on the formation fluid-oil or gas condensate – which converse the heavy hydrocarbon molecules to gas or gasoline molecules which are quite lighter hydrocarbons. Such an effect causes easier uplift of the fluids and higher production rate.
Because of physical effect which is created in the formation (the-fractures) this technology is comparable to hydro fracturing.
These technologies are applied in wells with low-permeability reservoirs, and / or high-viscosity oil, as well as in case of formation of gas condensate in the areas of depression cones.
These technologies have been tested in Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Syria, Colombia, Russian Federation, and Cuba successfully.
The main goal of these technologies is to stop or decrease the water inflow from the formation to the well, and decrease the expenses on the treatment of extracted oil for its transportation. The mixture of chemicals is designed based on specific condition of each well and can be based on mineral blockers, polymers, or hydrophobizators.
For acidizing, most of the well services companies use Hydrochloric Acid, which in several cases implies many adverse effects, such as oil bituminization, reservoir skeleton’s destruction, impossibility of far formation area’s treatment due to the high reaction rate, etc.
We have created a new acid solution based on a mixture of organic acids & phosphoric acid which has not the above mentioned negative effects, and has the following advantages:
Temporary Well Killing Technology:
ESPROENKO has introduced a new technology for temporary well killing. In this technology, a high density solution is injected to the well. This solution at temperature & pressure of wellbore, will turn to a strong homogenous jelly structure which is stable and long lasting in well conditions. The viscosity of jelly is high enough to prevent the penetration of the killing fluid in the formation. Killing the well by this method is very fast and the whole process will take only few hours.
The jelly can be dissolved and removed easily with a weak organic acid solution (approx. 5 – 7 %).
